We will only use USPS Priority if we can't use UPS. Priority mail will be charged actual shipping rates (or $6 whichever is greater)
Exception to this rate: AK, HI, APO, Canada, and deliveries to a P.O. box. These will be charged actual shipping including insurance or $6, whichever is greater.
