  • 20 days defective or unopened only. Must be in resellable packaging.
  • Refunds are minus shipping. All shipping is paid by customer for ALL returns.
  • If you refuse shipment, your shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • All returns require RMA #. Please have reason for return, order or invoice # when requesting RMA#.
